We provide free spare parts (around 2% of the order) to ensure seamless maintenance.
During the warranty period, if there are any issues with our products, clients can send the faulty parts back to us. We will repair or replace them for free and ship them back, with the return shipping cost covered by Texas LED Signage.
We offer remote technical support for installation and troubleshooting. If needed, we can arrange on-site service or recommend professional technicians for installation, training, or maintenance.
We source high-quality LED components, primarily:
Indoor LEDs: SMD0808/1010 (Nationstar), SMD1515/2121 (Kinglight)
Outdoor LEDs: 1921/3535 (Nationstar)
IC Components: MBI5124/5153/5252
Other brands can be used if required.
Our standard control system is Novastar, but we can also provide other control systems upon request.
