How does Texas LED Signage provide after-sales service for clients?

We provide free spare parts (around 2% of the order) to ensure seamless maintenance.

During the warranty period, if there are any issues with our products, clients can send the faulty parts back to us. We will repair or replace them for free and ship them back, with the return shipping cost covered by Texas LED Signage.

We offer remote technical support for installation and troubleshooting. If needed, we can arrange on-site service or recommend professional technicians for installation, training, or maintenance.

How long does it take to process an order?
We typically deliver within 12-15 working days, depending on stock availability and order size.
